This whistleblower reporting form is intended for reporting suspected serious wrongdoing related to Alba Tankers. It is established in accordance with the Danish Whistleblower Act and the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937).
The form may be used to report concerns such as illegal activities, serious breaches of law or internal policies, health and safety risks, environmental violations, corruption, fraud, harassment, or other serious misconduct. It is not intended for day-to-day operational issues, personal employment matters, or general dissatisfaction, which should be addressed through normal management, HR, or operational reporting channels.
You may submit a report anonymously or non-anonymously. All reports are handled confidentially and are accessible only to authorized persons responsible for whistleblowing at Alba Tankers.

What happens after you submit a report
- You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days, unless you submit anonymously without providing contact details.
- The report will be assessed and, where relevant, investigated by authorized persons.
- You may be contacted for clarification if you have provided contact details.
- You will receive feedback on the progress or outcome within 3 months of acknowledgment.
- Information related to the report is stored securely and deleted when no longer necessary, normally within 90 days after the case is closed, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Confidentiality and protection
Your identity (if known) will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, unless required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm. Retaliation against whistleblowers who report in good faith is strictly prohibited.
